This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices for such a lovely place. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with balcony and 2 twin beds. The huge balcony overlooking the beautiful Julian Alps was a highlight. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The online prices was 10€ more than the local list price. According to the staff this was the standard surcharge for foreigners. Breakfast was the worst I have seen for years, and the aircon was so underpowered it might as well not have been there.

The hotel has good location. There is not many hotels in the location.

I expected a better room for the money, most of all, there was dirt under the bed (pills, candy, etc).

the hotel is well located and large; the rooms are smallish but sufficient in size. there is a nice view from the balcony, the breakfast is fine with quite a bit of choice. nice swimming pool.

the internet access was not available at all. the staff could be a bit more forthcoming. the bathroom did not appear to have a fan.

Enjoyed New Year Eve party with live music and fireworks in a prime location near the town center and surrounded by mountains. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surrounding nature. Breakfast had an adequate selection of food, and we particularly appreciated the fresh pastries and local cheeses.

The soundproofing was poor, and we could easily hear our neighbors in the next room.

This hotel is an oldschool type hotel with new furnitures. The pool is really good.The breakfast was excelent, specialy in the terasse. We liked Hotel Kanin.

The price should be little bit less.

We had a fantastic experience during our New Year stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of hiking and cycling options nearby. We also loved the large swimming pool and spa facilities, which provided a great way to relax after a day of activities.

While the hotel was clean and decent, we found some areas to be a bit dated and in need of a makeover. The carpeting in the rooms was a little dirty in places, which was a minor drawback.

all the staff were realy nice,had a problem when checking out,had already paid for my trip 6 to 8 week in advannce,but the lady at reception said i had not payed,and would have to pay again,no home i have to sort out the problem,getting a refund back from the hotel takes a lot of time,which i don,t have eg phone calls and faxing of bills
